 Program Approval Form

for

Diploma of Music

Bachelor of Music

Bachelor of Music (Honours)

Graduate Diploma of Music

IMPORTANT NOTES:
This form should be submitted by the census date. This is to ensure sufficient time to revise your program if it is not approved. If you do not submit a Program Approval, you may still undertake your examination. The approval process is an academic measure to ensure that you are performing repertoire that is endorsed by your Instrumental Head. Should you fail to submit your program for approval, your program may be rejected by your examining panel, potentially resulting in a failing grade.

Students will be asked to perform the whole or part of the works listed in their programs at the request of the examination panel. Examination program lengths are indicated below. Please note that most subjects allow for a deviation of no more than two-minutes from the times specified, unless otherwise stated in the handbook entry. Should you be concerned by the length of your program, please consult the handbook entry for your subject or ask your instrument Head of Area.
